As long as you don’t go for good or even mediocre service and just go for the amazing brisket you will be happy. Stop all the time for brisket on the way to and from Surfside Beach.

It seems like this place has been here forever. It’s right across the highway from Buc-ee’s. I’m a fan of Buc-ee’ s, but this is definitely the place to come for barbecue. Nothing fancy, but tasty!

Better bbq than buccees. Not the best but better. Bathrooms aren't as clean as buccees but clean enough. The cake is to die for. Get the cake.

By far some of the best stuffed bake potatoes I've had in the longest of times. My wife introduced me to this place, since then we treat ourselves from time to time. The waller Dog is delicious and one of the best BBQ topped hot dogs we each have ever had. Thankfully we split a potato this last time around! We are thankful for the workers and their busy days, we have literally seen them fix tons of potatoes with a friendly attitude and demeanor! You will continue to have our business!! Update 09-13-2024 I come back a couple times a year, the food and the Waller dog are still delicious! I always recommend it!

First time visit here. We stopped at the exit for Bucees, but we noticed this place across the corner. The line was long, but the wait for food was worth it. We purchased the loaded potato and the Waller Dog. We will return!

If you aren't getting the loaded baked potatoes from Waller County Line, what are you even doing with your life? The potatoes they use, by themselves, ARE MASSIVE, and when they say loaded, they mean LOADED. You can barely shut the lid on the take out container they prepare them in. You can ask for more of any topping. They also have the option of sweet or spicy BBQ sauce. I prefer the sweet option. Its more tangy than sweet, similar to a Carolina BBQ sauce. The spicy sauce has more if a smoky undertone. You can also buy extra containers of the BBQ sauce. I recommend getting at least one small container extra for your potato.

Very comfortable and familiar. It's a gas station that has a barbecue restaurant in it and then it has picnic tables all the way outside. So there's people fueling up people buying a few groceries and then there's the rest of us sitting down and enjoying some great barbecue loved it here. Then we went to hug a cow

Delicious and unforgettable great tasting food! The brisket potato is my favorite and the chicken plate is addictive! I have tried the tasty sliced brisket sandwich and it was delicious! The Waller dog was ok but not my favorite. Try it though, you may really like it. You won’t know unless you try it. You don’t have to drive far to get great barbecue food!! If you happen to drive by, stop by, you won’t regret it.
